With decades of experience across the food industry, we bring practical knowledge that spans restaurants, catering, retail, and beyond. Our perspective comes not just from advising entrepreneurs, but from living the journey ourselves, including owning and operating a businesses across the industry.
That experience is matched by leadership at the industry level. Our founder served as Director of Hatch Kitchen in Richmond, VA, currently holds the role of Treasurer for the Virginia Specialty Food Association, and has taught food and beverage entrepreneurship at the graduate level.
